Summary: Better than any other anatomy coloring book i've seen
I looked at a number of similar coloring books, and this one was by far the most detailed and info-packed. I'm halfway through it now (i'm coloring everything in order), and i'm still finding the book thouroughly enjoyable and educational.

More than anatomy students can enjoy this book. Some tried and helpful applications: 1) When a loved one is ill or injured, say having heart surgery, for focused prayer, in addition to reading the text, color the very detailed cardiac and vascular pages, praying for each part while coloring; 2) For those noticing increasing aches and health issues with age, this book is a fun way to explore the body as health becomes a new or increased priority, plus it prepares the colorer/reader to better communicate with phyicians; 3) Athletes in-tune with their bodies might appreciate this; and 4) High schoolers who've expressed interest in anatomy-related fields can use this book as a motivator and a wake-up call: I gave this book to a non-studious teen who wanted to go into forensic medicine but mostly limited his reading to true crime, and he later said the coloring book made him realize there's a lot more to the body than the general stuff learned in high school, and by the book he became both more psychologically and academically prepared for the more detailed study required in college. Tip for using the book: read the instructions (intro) before jumping into coloring! And because of the detail, make sure to have enough pencil colors.

I found this anatomy coloring book extremly helpful when learning muscles and bones in particular. This text is great and a must have for anyone taking anatomy.
